Location

We are located in a creamy beige office building next to the Kingston Pike entrance to Costco. We are located on the lower level of the office building (you will need to drive around the building to access our front door, you will not be able to access our office by going through any business on the upper level. Parking can be limited at certain hours of the day. Parking labeled “Reserved” are for exclusively for Omni patients so please feel free to park there.
